Diamond College Park

Tapestry has developed Diamond College Park, a new construction, 60-unit, mixed-income multifamily community in the City of College Park, Fulton County, Georgia. Tapestry secured 9% LIHTCs and private loans to finance the $22 million redevelopment. The property is immediately adjacent to the College Park MARTA rail station in Downtown College Park. It is part of a larger development including and surrounding College Park First United Methodist Church.  The development prioritized transit-oriented design and energy conservation.  Amenities include a shared fenced community-garden, a movie theater room, fitness center, business center, and a community room with a kitchen.  Tenant services include programming in partnership with PushPush Arts, a thriving arts organization based immediately next door to the property.  Construction was completed in December 2023.  Development partners include Good Places, Congress Heights Training and Community Development Corporation, and the College Park First United Methodist Church.
